U.S. Secretary of State discusses enhancing support for Ukraine with NATO Secretary General

Matthew Miller reported on discussions between the United States and NATO regarding support for Ukraine.

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken discussed with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg the support to Ukraine, as informed by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Spokesperson for the U.S. Department of State Matthew Miller stated that Antony Blinken and Jens Stoltenberg discussed mechanisms to enhance NATO’s political and practical support to Ukraine.

“Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken spoke today with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg. Secretary Blinken and Secretary General Stoltenberg discussed preparations for the upcoming NATO Foreign Ministers Meeting, particularly mechanisms to enhance NATO’s political and practical support to Ukraine. The Secretary and the Secretary General also discussed NATO priorities for the Washington Summit, which will mark the Alliance’s 75th Anniversary”, said Matthew Miller.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine expressed gratitude to the United States for their support and assistance.

As was reported earlier, the Ministry of Defense unveils NATO standards digitalization. Major Yelizaveta Boyko, the developer of the DELTA system, highlighted ongoing efforts at the Innovation Center to create modern IT products enabling informational superiority, enhancing the efficiency of Ukrainian military personnel, and facilitating remote operation management. A delegation from the Innovation Center showcased at the NATO TIDE Sprint 2024 conference how cloud computing and big data processing can digitalize existing NATO standards.
