Rapid information exchange: the Ministry of Defense and DeepStateUA initiate collaboration

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and DeepStateUA are commencing collaboration to ensure rapid information exchange to aid the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reports that Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development, Digital Transformation, and Digitalization Katerina Chernogorenko, along with the DeepStateUA team, have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The aim of the Memorandum is to facilitate effective data exchange between the Ministry and the NGO “DeepStateUA” to strengthen the Armed Forces of Ukraine with relevant information.

The Deputy Minister of Defense stated that the Ministry of Defense is interested in utilizing the best practices of IT projects, and collaboration with DeepStateUA will allow for the effective accumulation of necessary data on the course of military actions.

“The Ministry of Defense is interested in employing the best practices of IT projects to enhance the defense capabilities of the state. Collaboration with DeepStateUA will enable the rapid and efficient accumulation and processing of necessary data on the course of military actions,” said Katerina Chernogorenko.

The co-founder of the DeepStateUA project, Roman Pohorily, noted that the interactive online map of military operations of the DeepStateUA project is not only a reflection of the situation on the front line but also a necessity, and people’s lives, as various services and military personnel use it in their work.

“Today, our map is not just a depiction; it is societal attention, a necessity, and people’s lives, as various services and military personnel use it in their work. Together with the Ministry of Defense, we will be able to work more effectively for our common victory,” said Roman Pohorily.

It is important to remind that DeepStateUA is an analytical project that highlights information about the progress of the Russian-Ukrainian war through an interactive online map of military operations. DeepStateMap.Live enables tracking changes in the front line and the course of military actions.
