Canada is contributing to the Aviation Coalition by financially assisting with the servicing of F-16 aircraft.
Canada is investing $60 million to assist Ukraine in operating and servicing F-16 aircraft. This represents a significant contribution to the Aviation Coalition for the procurement of F-16 equipment, including spare parts, weapons, avionics, and ammunition, as informed by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
Ukrainian Minister of Defence Rustem Umeyrov thanked the Minister of National Defense of Canada and the entire Canadian people for their support.

It is important to note that the training of F-16 fighter jets for the Ukrainian Air Force is also included in the program.
